Ramada by Wyndham Kelowna Hotel & Conference Center

We had a great stay at the Ramada in Kelowna. The staff who checked us in and out were amazing, and housekeeping kept our room very clean. The Mr. Mikes on the property was one of our favorites, especially since they are open for breakfast starting at 7:00 a.m., which was very convenient. I also like the newly painted Ramada as it looks bright and clean from the outside. The fitness center has all new equipment, which is amazing, and the property is very well maintained.

Awsome place to stay. The staff are super nice and genuine. Such a breath of fresh air. Im very comfortable here and so is everyone else. The food here is Great!

Me and my fiance had a wonderful experience. Reception very nice, the whole place is clean and looks beautiful. We spent dinner in the restaurant that's inside the building and it was delicious, then we had a wonderful evening by the swimming pool and the hot tub. Room is nice and cozy and beds comfortable. The bathroom clean and has everything you could need. Thank you so much.

Really great experience here, the helpful lady on the front desk price matched us against an online platform to get the best price booked directly and was able to let us check in early. The room was very spacious and clean, we didnt use any of the facility's like the gym but it looked good from the peek through the glass. We had a complaint about very noisy neighbours upstairs but after a call to the front desk they eventually quietened down. Overall very good and for an excellent price. Would definitely stay again.

Pet Friendly Room. One night stay for two adults and a dog. We had a great check in, fast and efficient with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The hotel overall is quite dated but this did mean larger than average room sizes. The room was very clean for a pet friendly space, you can't expect the dander to be completely gone, but it had clearly been thoroughly cleaned. It was a great size. The pool and gym facilitated were dated and unappealing, so we didn't use them. The staff were excellent, and we'd definitely recommend if you're travelling with dogs.

An incredible two night stay while I’m in Kelowna on business. The hotel entry is absolutely beautiful with the fireplace and the front desk. Remind me of the original hotel that had class and beauty with a incredible steakhouse on the other side of the building, which had a double door off the lobby going into it. incredible food also The lobby going to the conference rooms the pool and the elevators was warming with a second fire place amd wonderful seating and walking to the elevator and taking it to the floor that I need. it the white bright light lit hallways with key card door entry to my sweet and extremely clean rooms and a beautiful washroom well decorate and all the towels you need and all the extra amenities that one sometimes forgets. it was a unique experience. so well maintained. also it was a wonderful wonderful experience from the front desk staff and speaking to the manager herself who runs the hotel wonderful lady to speak with. Centrally located in Kelowna. Shopping mall and food court across the street. Jacuzzi, pool, and gym on site. Rooms are somewhat dated but not unpleasant. Pillows are too thick. Lovely lobby.

We loved that we got to park right in front of our door, that was everything after a long trip with dogs! Our dogs were welcome and so comfortable, with small green spaces they could sniff about, just outside the door, felt very accessible! Clean rooms, and good black out curtains, being right in the city. The pool was ok, would have been lovely to have robes and/or full size towels to use as there is no shower in the change room. It was a wet walk back to our room.
